Whether you want to swim, sunbathe on the loungers, or sip an aperitif at the poolside bar, our pool is a corner of paradise where you can regenerate body and mind, surrounded by greenery, silence, and privacy.
In cooler months, it's heated.

The pool measures 12 x 6 meters and has a depth of 140 cm. Fully tiled.
The solarium surrounding the pool is equipped with loungers and umbrellas, electrical outlets, and a shower with hot and cold water.
The poolside bar is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, sink with hot and cold water, a counter, chairs, a table, and stools, and night lighting.
The pool area is completely fenced and regulated by law. Upon check-in, you will be given the keys to manage pool access within the times set by the regulations.
Access to the pool area is prohibited during the seasonal closure periods.
Social spaces
The common areas are spacious and well-equipped, perfect for creating lasting memories with your loved ones.
The outdoor dining area, sheltered from the summer sun and just off the indoor kitchen, is perfect for enjoying Tuscan cuisine in the open air.
Start your day with breakfast surrounded by the silence of the forest and the subtle sounds of nature.
The barbecue will be the star of your dinners. Firewood is provided.
Seated on the outdoor sofas, you can end the evening under a breathtaking starry sky.

Essential kits for the first few days: toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel/shampoo, paper napkins, kitchen paper, freezer bags and ice packs, aluminum foil, cling film, baking paper, disposable gloves, aluminum trays, toothpicks, salt, spices, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, onion, moka pot, sugar, tea, chamomile tea, garbage bags, kitchen sink sponges, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, degreaser.
Initial linens are provided, but they are rental linens and cannot be washed in-house. Changing them during your stay costs extra.
To offer you a free change during your stay, we provide a few extra sets of towels owned by Pangea. You'll find them in the house and can also wash them as you wish.

The garden, a regenerative oasis
The garden is the great protagonist of your stay at Pangea.
A garden designed to guarantee absolute privacy, the regenerative well-being of a walk among the trees (Forest Bathing), and the security of an entirely fenced area.
In our games area you can dedicate yourself to fun. Challenges for the last goal on the mini-football field, badminton tournaments on the lawn, the timeless charm of pétanque (bocce ball), hoop shots for basketball enthusiasts, and a game of foosball.
You won't have to think about a thing: balls, rackets, and bocce sets are already fully available for you to use.

How to book - Prices - Cancellations
Please send your reservation request by email to pangeavilla@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to +393470184597 at least four days in advance.
Deposit, Balance, Cancellations
A 30% deposit is required to book. The balance is due upon check-in in cash or by credit card (no American Express).
Free cancellation within 15 days of check-in with a refund of the deposit (Pangea's collection and refund fees will be deducted).
After this deadline, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
Please communicate any cancellations as far in advance as possible to give us the opportunity to rent to others.
Prices
Check the price on the Airbnb portal. Booking directly with us will receive a minimum 8% discount.
The price includes:
Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, electricity/water/gas/wood, initial linens, essential kits, sun loungers, umbrellas, and pool heating (when open), play equipment, a crib and high chair, and final cleaning.
The price does not include:
pets are welcome for €5 per pet per night; additional beds starting from €10 per bed per night; linen rental during the stay at the following prices: towels: bath towels: €1.70; face towels: €0.95; bidet towels: €0.60; pool towels: €3.00; bath mat: €0.95; sheets: double bed: €2.60; single bed: €1.60; pillowcase: €0.95; cleaning during the stay: €17/hour/person; security deposit of €100 per person (0 to 99 years old); Tourist tax in force in the Municipality of Seggiano (currently €1/night/person over 13 years of age).
Security Deposit
€100 per person from 0 to 99 years of age.
This deposit must be paid upon check-in in cash or by blocking a credit card.
It will be refunded to the guest upon check-out if paid in cash; the credit card block will automatically expire after 20-30 days.
A refund for any damages caused and/or a final cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit if the cost is substantial.

Check-in - Check out
Check-in is 6:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.
We request check-in at 6:00 PM because cleaning and lawn mowing require a minimum of 7 hours.
It is possible to arrange an earlier arrival (after 4:00 PM) if there are no check-outs on the same day.
Check-in procedures include: handing over the keys to the villa and pool (if open); paying the tourist tax, supplements, and security deposit; completing and signing the contractual documents (rental agreement, privacy policy, and police form).
Check-out procedures include returning the keys; inspecting the property at least 10 minutes prior to check-in; and refunding the security deposit if paid in cash. A fee for final cleaning costs, if particularly expensive, and for repairs to any damage found, will be deducted from the security deposit.

Be sure to stay on the main road SP 160 UNTIL KM 17. Ignore any intersections other than the one at Km 17 suggested by some navigation systems.
After turning off for Castello di Potentino, follow the signs for Pangea. For the first kilometer, the roads are paved and flat. The last kilometer and a half are dirt/paved roads; some cars may collide underneath. The last kilometer is downhill.
